Anne and Brian Carroll moved to the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont from Virginia in 2000 and instantly fell in love with the stunning beauty of the area.
"We have come to deeply value the culture of community and commitment to preserving a way of life here that is fast disappearing in so many parts of the world. We love our old farm house and the land surrounding it, most of which we are allowing Nature to reclaim.
